How to Get CCPS (Certificate of Current Professional Status) from PRC Main

I have received my decision letter already and is currently waiting for my visa but for the sake of those who are processing their NMBI application, here are the steps on how to get your CCPS from PRC Main Branch (Morayta).

Note: PRC is currently undergoing repair, therefore, some information might not be the same again when you process your papers (for instance, State Board designated area)

Step 1: Go to the 4th floor and look for the STATE BOARD Section.

Take note, the area might change due to repair therefore it is better to ask the guard for assistance. Last time I processed my friend’s papers for CGFNS, the State Board Section was on the 5th floor.

Step 2: Present your Section 2 Verification (CCPS) form to the in-charge and an Action Sheet will be handed to you.

Step 3: Fill out the Action Sheet form. The instructions are written at the back.

Usually, the officer-in-charge will write the following:

I-NMBI

I-GS (Good Standing)

However, if it was not filled-up, write Irish Board and write 2 on the line before copies.

Step 4: Go to the Ground floor and buy two documentary stamps. Each stamp costs 25.00.

Step 5: Pay for the processing fee at the Cashier which is 150.00 for two requested copies. Each document costs 75.00. Moreover, you can request for rush processing at 200.00.

Step 6: Enter the main building near the Cashier and submit your forms at Window 5 together with a photocopy of your PRC ID.

If you paid for rush processing, you can claim the documents after 3 to 4 hours and mail it to Ireland. If not, claim the document on the scheduled date or give the claim stub to DHL so you need not return again. DHL will just send an SMS regarding the tracking number once it is for delivery.

Before sending the documents, make sure that it is sealed in an official PRC envelope. Each envelope costs 25.00.

So there you go!If you have queries, do not hesitate to leave a message. Good luck and God bless you!

Hi Keith! It’s me again, I messaged you on the other blog post a few days ago…I have another question..so I went to PRC last Monday to pick up my CCPS…the lady at Window 6 just instructed me to buy a PRC envelope , when I returned with the envelope she then instructed me to go to DHL just right across the street, so I went there with my CCPS Form, Certificate of Good standing and the PRC envelope and then I paid for the shipment…When I got home I read that the PRC envelope should have an official stamp/seal , this really made me so anxious..Do you think NMBI is going to ask me to resend the CCPS & Certificate of Good Standing? Should I request for another copy now just in case? Ugh 😓

I think that’s fine already because I also sent a plain PRC envelope. Your CCPS already has a dry seal in it. You can also ask your agency if you are in doubt about it.God bless!

Thanks so much! That’s comforting…And oh, do you know that they had to reprint my Certificate of Good Standing because they put my middle name instead of my last name on the part where they put the name of the professional who requested the copy …glad I read the document before sending it , had I not checked it , it would mean I need to resend them again and shipment costs aren’t that cheap and consequently it would delay my application…sorry I’m rambling ..just frustrated with the system 😓

Haha. It is good that you have noticed it beforehand.

Hi, just curious if the verification for good standing should be 2 copies when sent to NMBI. Because the prc only asked me to pay and request for one copy. Im worried

Hello Mam. What if ibang courier service ang gusto mong gamitin? Like for example, sa regional PRC office samin, kukuha lang ako ng Envelope nila then isesend ko sa Fedex. Will they allow it?as long as naka address po sa prc?

Pwede naman po. Sa PRC Manila kasi DHL yung pinakamalapit sa Courier. Basta dapat yung sender ay hindi ikaw ang nakapangalan kundi PRC
